Detail Itinerary: Mount Rinjani Trekking Plus Gili Adventure

Day 01: Airport or hotel to Sembalun village (lunch and dinner); check in hotel.

  • Transfer to Sembalun and check in at the hotel.
  • Free Program.

Activities Day 02. Hotel—Crater rim Sembalun (breakfast at hotel, lunch, and dinner)  Walk 7 hours and a distance of 10 km

Walk distance for 9km – Walk duration 6 to 7 hours – The type of trek is moderate

  • Wake up at 06:30 am and get breakfast at the hotel at 07:00.
  • 08:00 Registration at Rinjani Information Center (RIC) 1051m
  • 08.30 Start trek to POS 1 (Pos Pemantauan 1.300 M) 2 hours walk, rest 10 minutes at POS 1
  • Walk to POS 2 for 1 hour (Pos Tengengean 1,500 m), and take a 10-minute rest.
  • Continue to POS 3 (Pada Balong 1.800 m), a 1-hour walk. Lunch at POS 3 and take a rest for 2 hours.
  • Walk 3 hours to Crater Rim (Plawangan Sembalun 2,639 m), dinner, and overnight at Crater Rim Sembalun.

Day 03. Summit-Lake – Lake – Torean Crater Rim (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner): a 12-hour walk and a distance of 13 km

Walk distance for 4.5 km – Walk duration 5 to 6 hours – The type of trek is very difficult

  • Wake up at 2:00 AM for a light breakfast. Head to the Rinjani Summit (3,726 m), with a walking time of approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.
  • From the summit, you can see the entire Lombok Island, Bali, Sumbawa, and Segara Anak Lake.
  • Return to the camp for a second breakfast.

Walk distance Crater Rim to Segara Anak 3.4 km – 3 to 4 hours – The type of trek is moderate

  • Descend to Segara Anak Lake and hot springs for 3 hours.
  • Lunch will be provided at Segara Anak Lake, and the hot springs are just a 100m walk from the lake.
  • Camp at Segara Anak Lake, enjoy the lake and its surroundings.
  • Dinner and sleep at Segara Anak.

Day 04. Lake – Torean Village (breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ) Walk down 8-9 hours and a distance of 9.5 km

Walk distance for 8,2 km – Walk duration 7 to 8 hours – The type of trek is moderate

  • Wake up early, have breakfast, and get ready to continue the journey to Torean Village.
  • On the way, you will see stunning views of mountain valleys, waterfalls, and the rainforest.
  • The road is relatively light with flat roads, & quite far.
  • The path from Barisan Nangka location to the Torean Village is relatively safe, forests and community plantations.
  • Arriving at the Torean gate, the driver is already waiting for you, & the next destination.
