Trek Mount Rinjani 5 days, The trek starts from Sembalun Lawang Village and descends from the mountain through Senaru Village. We made it for those who want to know the details of Mount Rinjani. The program is relaxing, and the long journey starts with a one-night stay in Sembalun Lawang. The destination is the summit, hot springs, Segara Anak Lake, and the crater rim.
We offer this program for advanced trekkers with a maximum age of 50 years. Participants who take this program must have good conditions and the ability to walk long distances. We do not recommend cold temperatures for those who suffer from asthma or allergies.

Overview: Mount Rinjani 5-Day Trek
- Day 01: Airport or hotel transfer to Sembalun Lawang, free program, and overnight at hotel
- Day 02. Early in the morning, register for the trek to the Sembalun crater rim. overnight at Camping
- Day 03: Sembalun crater rim, Rinjani summit, Lake Segara Anak, overnight at Lake Camping Site, Lake Segara Anak
- Day 04: Lake Segara Anak, Senaru Crater, and Senaru Crater Rim Overnight
- Day 05: Senaru Crater Rim, Senaru village, end program, transfer hotel

Itinerary: Mount Rinjani 5-Day Trek
Day 01. Transfer to Sembalun village, and dinner at the hotel.
- Pick up airport or harbor transfer to Sembalun Lawang Village on the foothills of Mount Rinjani.
- Check in at the hotel and free program
Day 02: Breakfast, Sembalun, lunch, and dinner (walk 7 hours and a distance of 10 km)
- Wake up at 06.00 AM and have breakfast at the hotel.
- 08.00 Registration at Rinjani Information Center (RIC) 1051m
- 08.30 Trek to POS 1 (Pos Pemantauan 1.300 M) 2-hour walk, take a 10-minute rest at POS 1
- Walk to POS 2 for 1 hour (Pos Tengengean 1.500 m), and take a 10-minute rest.
- Continue to POS 3 (Pada Balong 1.800 m), a 1-hour walk. Lunch at POS 3 and take a rest for 2 hours.
- Walk 3 hours to Crater Rim Sembalun, have dinner and stay overnight, and see sunset and sunrise the next day.
Activities Day 03: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the mountain (walk 9 hours and distance 8.5 km)
- Wake up at 02.30 Am, have a light breakfast, and leave at 3.00 am
- Heading to Summit Rinjani (3,726), walking time is approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes.
- From the summit, you can see Lombok Island, Bali, Sumbawa, and Segara Anak Lake.
- Back to camp to get breakfast at Crater Rim Sembalun.
- Walk down to Segara Anak Lake and Hot Spring Water for 3 hours.
- Lunch at Lake Segara Anak and hot springs
- Camping at Segara Anak Lake, enjoy the lake and its surroundings.
- Dinner and sleep at Segara Anak
Day 04: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the mountain (walk 4 hours and a distance of 2.5 km)
- Segara Anak Lake, a new baby volcano, and having breakfast at Segara Anak Lake.
- Spend more time enjoying the lake and hot spring water.
- After lunch, to Goa Susu and Plawangan Senaru by a 3–4 hour walk.
Day 05: Breakfast and Lunch on the mountain (walk 6 hours and a distance of 9.5 km)
- After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise, prepare to walk down to Senaru village
- Lunch is between POS 2 and POS EXTRA.
- Arrive at Senaru Rinjani Trekking Center around 13.00 PM.
- Prepare yourself for transfer to Senggigi, Mataram, or Bangsal Harbor.

- Minimum participants: 2 persons
- This trekking program is suitable for beginner trekkers.
- Required a good level of fitness and strong walks.
- This trekking is not for children under 5 years old.
- People with mountain sickness or height phobias are not to join this trek.
