Terms and conditions (T&C) Lombok Travel Agency are legal agreements between a business and a customer or end user that establish the terms and conditions of their relationship. They outline the rules for using a service or product and the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

Reservations:

2. A name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking.
3. All prices the tour package can be changed and are not final

Cancellation and no-show fee: 

• No charge for any cancellation made 7 days for individual and 15 days for groups
• A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
• Full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.

Terms of Payment: 

• Deposit payment you can pay to our Bank Account or PayPal
• We require a 30% deposit in advance.
• We are not responsible for any taxes.
