On the first day hike from Sembalun Village to the spectacular Sembalun Crater Rim, & camp one night. Along the way, you will enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, tropical forests, and the surrounding valleys. The crater rim campsite offers stunning sunset views over Segara Anak Lake and the active volcano Mount Barujari.
The second day begins around 2:00 AM with a challenging summit ascent under the stars. Reaching the summit at sunrise rewards trekkers with unforgettable views of Lombok, Bali, Sumbawa, and the vast Indian Ocean.

Details Itinerary: Rinjani Trek 2D1N Summit
Day 1: Sembalun Village – Sembalun Crater Rim
- 06:00–07:00 AM: Registration and breakfast at Sembalun.
- 08:00 AM: Begin trekking from Sembalun Gate (1,156 m).
- Trek through open savanna and rolling grasslands, passing several rest posts.
- Lunch served at Post 2 or Post 3.
- Continue ascending toward the crater rim with spectacular mountain views.
- Arrive at the Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m) in the late afternoon.
- Enjoy sunset views overlooking Segara Anak Lake and Mount Barujari.
- Dinner and overnight camping at the crater rim.

Day 2: Summit – Return to Sembalun
- 02:00 AM: Wake-up call and light breakfast.

- Descend back to the crater rim for breakfast.
