Itinerary Rinjani Trekking Sembalun–Torean Route 

Day 1: Sembalun Village to Sembalun Crater Rim

  • 05:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Lombok and transfer to Sembalun Village.
  • 08:00 AM: Register at the Rinjani Information Center (RIC) and start trekking.
  • 12:00 PM: Arrive at Pos 2 (Tengengean, 1,500 m) for lunch and a rest.
  • 04:30 PM: Arrive at Pos 4 or continue straight to the Sembalun Crater Rim (Pelawangan Sembalun, 2,639 m).
  • Evening: Set up camp, eat dinner, and rest early  the midnight summit push.

Activities Day 2: Summit Attack, Segara Anak Lake, and Hot Springs

  • 02:30 AM: Wake up for a light early breakfast.
  • 03:00 AM: Begin the steep climb to the Mount Rinjani Summit (3,726 m).
  • 06:00 AM: Reach the summit for sunrise and views of Lombok.
  • 08:00 AM: Descend back to the Crater Rim camp for a second breakfast.
  • 10:00 AM: Descend down the steep trail toward Segara Anak Lake.
  • Afternoon: Arrive at the lake, swim, and relax in the natural hot springs. Camp overnight by the lake.

Day 3: Segara Anak Lake down via Torean Trail to Finish

  • 07:00 AM: Breakfast at the lake campsite.
  • 08:00 AM: Begin the descent along the Torean Trail, passing cliffs, river gorges, and waterfalls.
  • 12:00 PM: Stop along the trail for lunch.
  • 03:00 PM: Arrive at Torean Village.
  • 03:30 PM: Transfer by car to your next destination in Lombok
