- The driver speaks English skills will be provided.
- Lombok Travel Agency has full right to refuse or cancel the order, if a customer is disrespectful with the driver, bad behavior and commit an act of violence
- Lombok Travel Agency is entitled to refuse the order if the number of passengers more than the capacity of the car
- Using car more than the agreement will be charged IDR 100.000 / Hour
- If participants more then 10 people, will get a special rate & type of car
