Our Car Rental Booking Policy to ensure clear communication, fair booking procedures, and mutual understanding between our team and our customers.

Reservation

  • Bookings can be made through WhatsApp, email, or our reservation team. at + 62 818365070
  • Please provide your full name, contact number, pickup and drop-off locations, rental dates, preferred vehicle, and flight details (if applicable).
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

Booking Confirmation

  • A reservation is confirmed after we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you a written confirmation.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation containing your rental details.

Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit need to secure your reservation 30% from total amount
  • The remaining balance will collect on the tour
  • We accept bank transfer, cash, and other approved payment methods.

Vehicle Availability

  • We will provide the reserved vehicle whenever possible.
  • If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a similar or higher-category vehicle at no additional cost.

Booking Changes car rental 

  • Changes to pick up time, location, rental period, or vehicle type should in advance
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
  • Additional charges rental extended or a higher vehicle category  request

Cancellation Policy car rental 

Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a refund according to our cancellation policy,

  • No charge for any cancellation made 15 days for individual and 30 days for groups
  • A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days
  • A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
  • Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the cancellation notice and booking conditions
  • No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit not refundable

Driver Requirements car rental 

  • Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Indonesia.
  • International visitors should carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) when required by Indonesian regulations.
  • The driver must meet the minimum age and licensing requirements established by our company.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.

Claims and Dispute Resolution Policy 

  • Post-Trip Audits: Refund processing is subject to a formal internal investigation regarding the reported operational incidents. Claims remain valid for evaluation after tour completion and will solve in accordance with established booking terms.
  • Fraudulent Claims: The company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or fabricated complaints. Lombok Travel Agency operates under the legal protections of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the investigation show that these allegations were fabricated with malicious intent, and we reserve the right to take legal action.
