How To do Payment and book with us (Payment & Booking)
To check the price for your desired tour package, please follow these simple steps:

Scroll Down to the Reservation Form
Once you are on the tour program page, scroll down until you find the Reservation Form at the bottom of the page.
Select Your Tour Package
Choose the package you Interest, and the price for that package will be displayed. send us what subject you will book by email or chat via whatsApp
Agree to the Price & Fill Out the Reservation Form
If you’re happy with the price and ready to book your trip, complete the reservation form with your details.
Receive Your Invoice
After submitting your reservation form, we will send you an invoice with all the payment details.
Make a 30% Deposit
A 30% deposit is require to confirm your booking.
Next Steps to Confirm Your Reservation
To secure your booking, here are the next steps we’ll need to complete:
- Passport Copy: As part of our booking process, we kindly request a copy of each traveler’s passport for identification. This helps us ensure all the necessary details are correct for your trip. Please email a scanned copy or a clear photo of the relevant page of your passport as soon as possible especially for trekking & Komodo tour
- Deposit Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This helps us secure your spot and prepare for your trip with us. The deposit amount is a minimum of 30 % of the total amount, and your reservation is to be confirmed after you have paid your deposit
Payment Methods for Deposit
For your convenience, we offer two secure payment options to pay your deposit:
- Bank Transfer: You can transfer the deposit amount directly to our bank account. If you choose this option, we will send you the necessary banking details,
- PayPal: If you prefer to use PayPal, we can provide a payment link. It’s a quick and easy option for online payments. In this case, we need your PayPal account or email address

What Happens After the Deposit Is Received?
One Last Step: Arrival Details
To ensure everything goes smoothly upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you provide us with, you have to send this information 2 days before your arrival date in Lombok with the following details:
- Arriving by Flight: Please send us your flight details (flight number, arrival time) so we can arrange your airport pick-up.
- Fast Boat: Please send us the name of your fast boat company and arrival time so we can coordinate your pick-up.
- Already in Lombok: If you’re already in Lombok, we would appreciate knowing the name of your hotel or pick-up area and the pick-up time so we can meet you at the correct location.

System Payment & condition
- Price, we publish on our home page is valid January 1 to December 31, 2026
- Deposit payment no later than 24 hours after receiving the invoice
- Cancellation immediately after deposit payment will be charged 100%
- Cancelation within 7 days will be charged fees 50% of the deposit + National Park entrance fee
- No refund for cancellation within two days before arrival
- No refund of the full amount for cancellation on the departure date
Medical Informational
All participants of Lombok Travel Agency trips should be fit and healthy! It is recommended that all people with any medical problems or dietary restrictions inform well before departure, so as they may be catered for. It is recommended to bring along with you any personal medication, bands-aid, antibiotics, anti-malarias medication, aspirin for headache, etc.
Limitation of Liability Payment & Booking
Lombok Travel Agency acts only in the capacity of transport companies, hotels, carriers, and other contractors, that connect with us to complete our itineraries. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, including death, changes of schedule, irregularities, etc. which are beyond of our control.
Travel Insurance
Lombok Travel Agency highly recommend that you have your own travel insurance. You are entirely responsible for arranging travel insurance on your own, prior to departure date. We are accepting no liability, for any reason, for travelers who do not have travel insurance.
